Four Volume Set Pricing
Licence Information
The following applies to both individual volume sales and the four volume set.
- Single Users PDF
- This option is for one person use only. The file may not be shared with colleagues or loaded onto an Intranet or similar.
- On purchasing this option the names user will be e-mailed the PDF file.
- 1-5 Users PDF
- This option is for the use of up to 5 people within the same organisation. The file may not be shared with colleagues beyond the 5 names users or loaded onto an Intranet or similar.
- On purchasing this option the 5 users will be e-mailed the PDF file.
- 1-5 Users PDF + Excel
- This is the entry level option for the Excel file. The Excel file provides additional functionality such as being able to import the data into your own CRM system and the ability to sort the data as required for your project.
- This option is for the use of up to 5 people within the same organisation. The files may not be shared with colleagues beyond the 5 names users or loaded onto an Intranet or similar. The Excel data may be used within a CRM system provided it is not for the use of the entire organisation.
- On purchasing this option the 5 users will be e-mailed the PDF and Excel files.
- 5+ Users PDF + Excel
- Tthis option allows for your entire organisation to access both the PDF and Excel files. The files may be e-mailed to any employee within the organisation and loaded onto your Intranet.
- The files may not be shared, sold or transferred to other organisations.
- On purchasing this option the PDF and Excel files will be e-mailed directly to the named main user.

If you have concerns before purchasing the directory then contact us. We will do our best to ensure your peace of mind before you commit to buying our directory.
We do not send publications until we have received payment. As soon as we have received payment we will send the directory volume(s) by e-mail as ordered at the earliest possible opportunity. The office is closed Saturday and Sunday, we are open Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm (London, UK time).
