Licence Information
The following applies to both individual volume sales and the four volume set.
- PDF (Single User)
- This option is for one person use only. The PDF file may not be shared with colleagues or loaded onto an Intranet or similar.
- On purchasing this option the named user will be e-mailed the PDF file.
- PDF (Multi-User)
- This licence can be used by any person within a specified organisation and may be uploaded to an Intranet.
- On purchasing this option, the named main user will be e-mailed the PDF file.
- PDF + Excel (1-10 Users)
- This is the entry level option for the Excel file. The Excel file provides additional functionality such as being able to import the data into your own CRM system and the ability to sort the data as required for your project.
- This option is for the use of up to 10 people within the same organisation. The file may not be shared with colleagues beyond the 10 named users or loaded onto an Intranet or similar.
- On purchasing this option the 10 users will be e-mailed the PDF and Excel file.
- PDF + Excel (11-20 Users)
- This option is for the use of 11-20 people within the same organisation. The files may not be shared with colleagues beyond the 20 named users or loaded onto an Intranet or similar. The Excel data may be used within a CRM system provided it is not for the use of the entire organisation.
- On purchasing this option the 20 users will be e-mailed the PDF and Excel files.
- PDF + Excel (20+ Users)
- This option allows for your entire organisation to access both the PDF and Excel files. The files may be e-mailed to any employee within the organisation and loaded onto your Intranet.
- The files may not be shared, sold or transferred to other organisations.
- On purchasing this option the PDF and Excel files will be e-mailed directly to the named main user.

We do not send publications until we have received payment. As soon as we have received payment we will send the directory volume(s) by e-mail as ordered at the earliest possible opportunity. The office is closed Saturday and Sunday, we are open Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm (London, UK time).
