The MNO Directory was previously only available in PDF/ Excel format. To allow for ongoing updates the service has moved online. You can also still buy the directory in PDF / Excel format. Each day our researchers monitor the telecom sector and update the site's profiles based upon this. The goal is to keep the directory fresh and up to date with each profile receiving an up date every 4 months.

How to access the online directory

For most users it is very easy. You follow the links above to the operator profiles you want to see. You will be able to see your first profile for free and then you will be prompted to subscribe to access the rest. On loading the second profile you will see a prompt asking you to register. Simply enter your details and you will be offered the choice of subscribing to the service or paying to see 1 profile only. Please note that each month your subscription will automatically be billed to your payment card until you cancel. There are no tricks - on subscribing you will receive the information you need should you choose not to renew.

You will have to enable Javascript although for most web users this will already be enabled. Unless you have changed your browser settings then it will be enabled as a default. You will also have to allow cookies for your account to function.

How do I pay?

Just follow the prompt when asked to subscribe. You will then be asked for your card details. Unfortunately we can not invoice you for this service. If you can only pay by invoice then we are able to offer you the PDF / Excel download option instead.
